経営者育成研究会の有料会員向けに、新たなマッチング支援システムを開発した。
その名も「マッチ売りの少女A」。
このシステムは、会員コードを入力し承認されれば、すぐに利用が可能となる。要望に合わせて、マッチング希望の会社を瞬時に選び出してくれる画期的なGPTsだ。開発に要した時間は、わずか2日。驚くべきことに、コンピュータ言語を知らない私でも、生成AIの力を借りればここまでのシステムを作ることができた。
ネーミングは「マッチング」からの連想で決めた。さらに「少女」とくれば、中森明菜しかない、というオヤジ的な発想だ。当然、本リリース時の正式名称は別に決めており、商標登録も進めている。
生成AIの進化によって、専門的な知識がなくても、システム開発が可能になった。かつては「じれったい」と思っていたことが、いくつに見えても還暦を過ぎた私でも簡単に実現できてしまう時代が来たのだ。まさに「プログラムを知らなくたって関係ないわ」なのである。
つまり、これからは特別なスキルを持たなくても、誰もがシステムを作れる時代になっていくのだろう。私たちは、想像以上に早く、未来の働き方の転換点に立っているのかもしれない。
昨日も10人の経営者と新規面談を行った。若い世代から同世代まで、業種も多種多様。ビジネスの方向性が一致し、今後につながる方もいれば、一度きりの出会いで終わる方もいる。それはそれで仕方のないことだ。
限られた時間の中で、価値観や方向性が異なる相手と深く関わることは難しい。しかし、こうした出会いの積み重ねが、次の新しい可能性を生み出していく。AIの力を借りながら、より精度の高いマッチングを実現し、経営者同士が本当に必要とするつながりを提供していきたい。
これからの時代、冗談のような話が、次々と現実になっていく。私たちの可能性も、まだまだ広がっているのだ。 The Birth of "Match-Selling Girl A"—AI Revolutionizing Executive Matching
A new matching support system has been developed exclusively for paid members of the Executive Development Research Association.Its name? "Match-Selling Girl A."
This system allows instant access once a member inputs their membership code and receives approval. It’s an innovative GPT that can instantly select the most suitable companies for matching based on the user's preferences. The development time? A mere two days. Amazingly, even someone like me—who knows nothing about programming languages—was able to build such a system with the help of generative AI.
The name was inspired by the word "matching," and the "girl" part came from an old-school thought process: if you say "girl," you can’t go past Akina Nakamori. Of course, we have chosen a different official name for the official release and are in the process of trademark registration.
With the evolution of generative AI, system development is no longer limited to those with specialized knowledge. Things that once felt "irritatingly out of reach" are now possible, even for someone like me, well past 60. It’s truly a "Who cares if I don’t know programming?" era.
In other words, we are entering an age where anyone can create systems without special skills. Perhaps we are standing at the turning point of the future of work much sooner than expected.
Just yesterday, I had new meetings with ten executives. Their industries were diverse, ranging from younger generations to those in my own age group. Some shared a common business direction, leading to potential future collaboration, while others were just a one-time encounter. That’s just how it is.
Within limited time, it’s challenging to deeply engage with people whose values and directions differ. However, these encounters, layered one upon another, create new opportunities. With AI’s help, we aim to achieve even more precise matching and provide executive connections that are truly needed.
As we move forward, what once seemed like a joke is quickly becoming reality. Our possibilities are still expanding.
