ランチ会の成功と新たな広がり

昨日、経営者育成研究会が主催するランチ会を無事に終えることができた。参加者は79名にのぼり、準備期間がわずか1ヶ月という短期間であったにもかかわらず、ほぼ理想通りの形で開催できたことは、自信につながる成果であった。

参加者への感謝と今後への課題

今回のランチ会で改めて嬉しく思ったのは、皆が素晴らしい経営者の方々で多数からお褒めの言葉を頂けたことである。日頃からのご支援とご協力に心から感謝したい。もちろん、イベント運営にはいくつかの課題もあった。受付のスムーズさ、ネットワーキングの時間配分など、改善すべき点も見えてきた。これらの経験を活かし、今後のイベントではより満足度の高い会を目指していきたい。将来的には、このような大規模交流の場も定期的に設け、多彩な交流会を企画運営していく。

小規模ランチ会の意義

そして本日は、日本橋にて13名限定の小規模ランチ会を開催する。昨日の大規模な集まりとは異なり、より密度の高い対話ができることが期待される。特に今回の参加者も多くは、リアルで初めてお会いする方だ。これまでオンラインとは違うリアルでの対面が楽しみである。

大規模な会の利点は、さまざまな業界や経営スタイルを持つ方々と一堂に会し、視野を広げることができる点にある。一方、小規模な会合では、より深い関係を築く機会に恵まれるため、異なる規模の会を組み合わせることで、より充実したネットワークが形成されることを実感している。

経営者コミュニティの未来

今回のランチ会の成果を足掛かりに、経営者同士の交流がさらに活発化し、互いに学び合い、成長し続ける会を目指したい。私たちの目標は、規模の大小にかかわらず、有意義な対話の場を創出し、経営者育成研究会に集う経営者がより強固な連携を築くことにある。

Success of the Hosted Lunch Meeting and New Opportunities for Expansion

Yesterday, we successfully concluded the lunch meeting hosted by the Executive Development Research Association. With 79 participants, the event was held almost exactly as envisioned despite the short preparation period of just one month. This achievement has boosted our confidence significantly.

Appreciation to Participants and Future Challenges

One of the most gratifying aspects of this lunch meeting was the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the many outstanding business executives in attendance. I sincerely appreciate the continued support and cooperation from everyone involved. Of course, there were a few challenges in event operations, such as streamlining the reception process and optimizing the allocation of networking time. These experiences have provided valuable insights, and we aim to improve our future events to achieve even greater participant satisfaction. Looking ahead, we plan to host large-scale networking events regularly and continue organizing diverse networking opportunities.

The Significance of Small-Scale Lunch Meetings

Today, we are hosting a small-scale lunch meeting in Nihonbashi, limited to 13 participants. Unlike yesterday’s large gathering, this setting is expected to allow for more in-depth discussions. Many of today’s participants will be meeting in person for the first time, and I am looking forward to experiencing the difference that face-to-face interaction brings compared to online meetings.

Large-scale events provide an excellent opportunity to broaden perspectives by bringing together individuals from various industries and business styles. On the other hand, small gatherings offer the chance to build deeper relationships. By combining meetings of different scales, I have come to realize the benefits of forming a more comprehensive and fulfilling network.

The Future of the Executive Community

Building on the success of this lunch meeting, our goal is to further enhance interactions among business executives, fostering an environment where they can continuously learn from and grow with one another. Regardless of the event size, our objective is to create meaningful dialogue opportunities and help participating executives establish stronger connections within the Executive Development Research Association.
