「求める経営者像：経営者育成研究会の特徴」
この会は、単なるビジネスネットワークではない。本会の目的は、志を共有する経営者たちが集い、互いに切磋琢磨する場を提供することである。そのため、会員となる経営者には、特定の資質や姿勢を重視している。
私が共に成長したいと考える経営者像は、主に以下の3点に集約される。
1. まじめであること
ここでいう「まじめさ」とは、単に仕事を真面目にこなすことにとどまらない。自社の発展だけでなく、社会に対する責任を果たし、向上心を持って挑戦し続ける姿勢を指す。
経営者には、日常業務の遂行と同時に、長期的な視点で会社の成長と社会への貢献を追求する覚悟が求められる。そのような価値観を共有できる経営者と出会いたい。
2. 思いやりがあること
ビジネスの場では、冷静さや合理性が必要とされる局面も多い。しかし、長期的な成功を目指す経営には、「思いやり」の要素が不可欠である。
従業員、取引先、顧客への思いやりが信頼を生み、信頼が持続的な成長を支える。さらに、この会では、経営者同士の支え合いも重要である。同じ課題に向き合う仲間として、共感し、励まし合える関係性を築いていきたい。
3. 謙虚であること
経営者としての成功は時に、自己過信を招く。しかし、真のリーダーは、常に学ぶ姿勢を忘れない。
「自分にはまだ足りない部分がある」と認識し続けることで、新しい知見を吸収し、さらなる成長を遂げることができる。謙虚さは、成長と革新を支える原動力である。
仲間とともに成長する場
これらの資質は、特別なものではない。むしろ、多くの経営者が本来備えているものである。ただし、日々の業務に忙殺される中で、見失いがちになることもあるだろう。
だからこそ、この会では、率直な意見交換を通じて自らを振り返る機会を提供したい。時には厳しい指摘を交わしながらも、励まし合える場でありたいと考えている。
経営者は孤独を感じやすい存在である。最終的な意思決定を下すのは自分自身であり、その責任は重い。だからこそ、同じ立場の仲間と本音で語り合える場所が必要なのだ。
経営者育成研究会は、まじめさ、思いやり、謙虚さを備えた経営者たちが集い、互いを高め合う場である。このコミュニティを通じ、日本の中小企業の発展を支援したいと考えている。
完璧な経営者はいない。私自身も日々これらの資質を磨き、自己成長に努めている。同じ志を持つ経営者の皆様と共に成長し、未来を切り開いていけることを楽しみにしている。

"The Desired Qualities of Business Leaders: Characteristics of the Business Leadership Development Association"
This association is not merely a business network. Its purpose is to bring together business leaders who share the same aspirations, providing a space for mutual growth and development. For this reason, we place significant emphasis on certain qualities and attitudes in our members.
The type of business leaders I wish to grow alongside can be summarized into the following three key traits:
1. Seriousness
The seriousness we value here goes beyond simply working hard. It encompasses a commitment to not only the growth of one’s own company but also to fulfilling social responsibilities with a mindset of continuous self-improvement.
Business leaders are expected to perform their daily duties while also pursuing long-term goals of corporate development and societal contribution. I aspire to meet leaders who share these values.
2. Consideration for Others
In the business world, there are often situations where rationality and cool-headed decision-making are required. However, for sustainable success, the element of “consideration” is indispensable.
Empathy towards employees, business partners, and customers fosters trust, which in turn sustains long-term growth. Furthermore, mutual support among business leaders is crucial in this association. I aim to build a community where we can empathize with and encourage one another as peers facing similar challenges.
3. Humility
Success as a business leader can sometimes lead to overconfidence. Yet, true leaders never lose their willingness to learn.
By continuously acknowledging one’s shortcomings and seeking improvement, it becomes possible to absorb new knowledge and achieve further growth. Humility serves as the driving force for innovation and progress.
A Space for Growth Together
These qualities are not exceptional. In fact, I believe most business leaders inherently possess them. However, amid the busyness of daily operations, it is easy to lose sight of these values.
This is why our association provides opportunities for self-reflection through open and honest discussions. It is intended to be a place where members can exchange constructive feedback and support one another.
Business leaders often face a sense of isolation. The weight of ultimate decision-making lies solely with themselves, making the responsibility immense. For this reason, it is vital to have a space where peers in similar positions can speak candidly with one another.
The Business Leadership Development Association is a place where leaders with seriousness, consideration, and humility come together to elevate one another. Through this community, we aim to contribute to the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises across Japan.
No leader is perfect. I, too, strive daily to cultivate these qualities and advance my personal growth. I look forward to meeting business leaders with the same aspirations and carving out a brighter future together.
