「新規事業や活動の計画：AI化とシステム化、そして3つの支援プラットフォーム」
経営者育成研究会は、常に進化し続けることを目指す。特に、2026年3月までに実現したい新規事業や活動について具体的に考えている。
まず、大きな柱となるのが「生成AI導入とシステム化」である。この取り組みは単なる業務効率化を目指すものではなく、会員一人ひとりにとってより高度で個別化されたサービスを提供するための重要なステップだ。
例えば、AI chatbot の高度化だ。過去の経営者対談や会員間の交流データを活用し、会員からの質問に的確に応答できる仕組みを構築する予定である。また、パーソナライズされたコンテンツ推薦システムも重要だ。これにより、会員は自分に最適な動画や記事、イベント情報を効率的に得られるようになる。さらに、AIを活用した経営分析ツールを開発し、会員企業がデータに基づいた経営判断を行えるよう支援する。すでに有料会員向けには自社開発のGPTｓが10種類公開されている。
次に、3つの支援プラットフォームの構築を計画している。
1つ目は、起業家育成だ。これは、起業を目指す人々を支援するもので、メンタリングやオンライン講座、資金調達サポートを提供する。
2つ目は、協業促進である。会員企業間のマッチングを支援し、オンライン上での協業を促進する。また、進捗管理ツールを提供することで、協業プロジェクトの成功を後押しする。
3つ目は、新規事業創出だ。既存の会員企業が新しい事業を立ち上げる際のサポートを目的としており、アイデアワークショップや市場調査、試作品開発を支援する。
これらのプラットフォームは相互に連携し、起業家育成プラットフォームで育った新興企業が協業促進プラットフォームを活用して既存の会員企業と連携するといったシナジーを生み出すことを目指している。
さらに、これらの活動から得られた成果を社会に還元するために、書籍やオンラインコンテンツとして発信する計画もある。こうした取り組みを通じて、経営者育成研究会は、単なる交流の場から、日本の中小企業を具体的に支援する組織へと進化していく。
もちろん、既存の活動である経営者対談や交流会も引き続き重要な柱である。それらを基盤としつつ、新たな取り組みを有機的に結びつけることで、さらなる価値を創出できると確信している。

"Plans for New Initiatives and Activities: AI Integration, Systemization, and Three Support Platforms"
The Executive Development Research Group aims to continuously evolve. Specifically, we are carefully considering new initiatives and activities that we aim to implement by March 2026.
The cornerstone of these efforts is “generative AI integration and systemization.” This initiative is not merely about improving operational efficiency but rather about providing highly personalized and advanced services to each member.
For instance, we plan to enhance our AI chatbot. By leveraging data from past executive dialogues and member interactions, we aim to build a system that can respond to members' inquiries with greater precision. Additionally, a personalized content recommendation system is crucial. With this, members can efficiently access videos, articles, and event information tailored to their specific needs. Furthermore, we are developing AI-powered business analysis tools that will support member companies in making informed decisions based on data. Already, 10 types of proprietary GPTs are available to our premium members.
Next, we plan to establish three support platforms:
Entrepreneurship DevelopmentThis platform will support aspiring entrepreneurs by offering mentoring, online courses, and assistance with securing funding.
Collaboration FacilitationDesigned to foster collaboration between member companies, this platform will assist with matching companies through online systems. It will also include tools to manage the progress of collaborative projects, ensuring their success.
New Business CreationThis platform aims to assist existing member companies in launching new businesses. Support will be provided through idea-generation workshops, market research, and prototype development.
These platforms will not operate in isolation but will interconnect to generate synergy. For example, startups nurtured in the entrepreneurship platform may utilize the collaboration platform to partner with established member companies.
Furthermore, we plan to share the insights and results derived from these activities with society through publications and online content. Through such initiatives, the Executive Development Research Group aims to evolve from merely a networking space to an organization that concretely supports Japan's SMEs.
Of course, our existing activities, such as executive dialogues and networking events, remain critical pillars. Building upon these foundations, we believe that integrating new initiatives with existing activities will create even greater value.
