Hello, I'm Hisashi Yoshinaga, Representative Director of NCU LLC. We are currently at a major turning point in the relationship between AI and humans. The emergence of ChatGPT has ushered in an era where we must once again question "what is work?" and "how should organizations be?". Over the past few years, I have met with over 3,000 business owners, and I have translated each of their worries, challenges, ideals, and aspirations into a GPT. From sales and recruitment to evaluation, publishing, end-of-life planning, and even creating a company philosophy, I have been carefully discerning "what parts can only be done by humans" and "what parts can be entrusted to GPT," creating warm, gentle, yet reliable systems.
